Don’t Miss Out – Stewart Furini Online Demo

Have you received you Zoom meeting invite for next Tuesday 25th Aug for the Stewart Furini online demo?

If you have, brilliant that’s great news, look forward to welcoming you to what is going to be a fantastic demo.  Remember to keep the email safe and if possible, depending on your email system you use, mark it somehow, just so that you can find it easily. Alternatively, if you can create a folder in your inbox for Zoom meetings, move it into there.  If you really know your way round email systems, you could always create a rule to move it automatically into the folder.

If you are reading this and have NOT received the email sent out on Thurs 20th by Alan Buckle, our Club Secretary with the subject “LWWA Club Night – 25th August 2020”, but have paid your annual membership and have previously told us you want to attend all online meetings, don’t panic Mr Mannering!

Firstly, go and check your Spam or Junk Mail box in case it has gone in there by mistake.  This is a common problem we are finding when sending out a large number of emails, as some email providers, such as Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo and BT etc, will think its Spam or Junk Mail.  If that’s happened, you can usually mark it as not Spam or Junk Mail to prevent it happening again and you could then add Alan’s email address to your contacts.

If there is still no email, please contact Alan Buckle, ASAP via the Contact form selecting “General Club Enquiry” to sort out the problem.

It is important to tell us if you have recently changed your email address since renewing your membership back at the start of the year as we are not mind readers. This online only way of operating the Club relies heavily on communication between us and you via email, newposts, Facebook and Instagram.  So please check your emails regularly, responding as necessary and coming back to the website, Facebook and Instagram often to see whats going on.

If you HAVE paid your annual subs for 2020, but have previously told us you were NOT interested in Zoom meetings, you will NOT be on Alan’s email distribution list. If you have finally come to your senses having read what you have been missing and now want to attend, as above, contact Alan Buckle ASAP.

If you have NOT paid the annual subs of £15, but either want to renew your membership or join the Club for the first time to enable you to attend the online meetings on Zoom, we need to get that sorted out ASAP.  Contact Alan Selden, our Membership Secretary using the Contact Form, selecting “Membership Enquiry”.

Like all the demos, Stewart’s demo is not one you want to miss and we really want you to come along to support your club.
