Important – All Club Meetings, Events, Training days and Committee Meetings Cancelled

In view of the Government Guidelines with regard to the outbreak of the Coronavirus, it has now been decided that we should cancel ALL Club meetings, Events, Training Days and Committee meetings until further notice.

We will monitor the advice from the Government and NHS and will keep you informed of the situation as it develops.

We appreciate that this situation is sad news, but it will hopefully be a short term closure and if it keeps all our member safe and well, it is the best course of action for everyone.

Although the Club shop will not be open, Mick Close has kindly volunteered that if anybody does need anything to keep you turning, then they can contact him directly to arrange a time and day to collect the items from his house.

As you are now likely to be stuck at home, perfect time to get in the workshop or rather than boring day time TV, have a look at the following that we have received from Martin Saban-Smith from Hampshire Sheen Ltd:

All is not lost though!
Over the weekend, I put together a schedule of demonstrations that will be streamed Live via my YouTube channel and Facebook page to reach as many clubs and people disappointed by the cancellations as possible. They will run as close to a normal demonstration as possible and be accessible to everyone with an internet connection. You can see the schedule on HERE and links to the channels are here:

There will be at least two High Definition camera angles I can control for the demonstration as well as good audio. Viewers with YouTube and/or Facebook accounts will be able to comment, chat with other viewers and of course, ask me any questions they may have.
