Jumble Collection Raises Another £200
As a result of your kind donations of unwanted jumble/bric ‘a’ brac items, I am pleased to announce that from our donations, we have raised another £200 that will go some way to keeping the Air Ambulance flying and saving more lives. We have now had three collections to date by the retail department from the Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance, filling two vans and now a car full to the brim (should have brought the van as we had more to go in). The pile of bags are now starting to grow again, so please keep supporting this worthwhile cause. So far we have raised £450 via the collection of jumble, so keep it coming.
We have been approached by the Air Ambulance who are celebrating the 25th Anniversary since the first helicopter became operational and there will be a series of special events held this year to celebrate. They are producing a special edition 2020 Diary to highlight 25 years of care and support from the community without whom the helicopters would not function. The diaries will be slimline, gilt edged and in full colour with the Air Ambulance name and logo on the cover (like a mini filofax ), at the front will be an editorial highlighting how people can support to keep the helicopter in the skies for another 25 years and where the money from fundraising goes and alongside the editorial will be half a dozen pages of sponsorship advertising of those businesses, organisations and services who are supporting the 25th Anniversary and the work of the Air Ambulance through one format or another. They are having 3,500 published and with each one costing from £5 or bigger a donation, they are hoping to raise between £15, 000 and £20,000.
Would you be interested in buying one or more when they become available in July this year and help to support the charity? If so, can you please comment on this post to give us an idea of the numbers.

Hi Victoria, Since the news post about the diaries, we have not heard any more about them from LNAA. The sales would only be through the Club Shop to our members.
