Richard Kennedy – All Day Demo 4 Nov 17

Richard Kennedy’s all day demonstration on Saturday 4th Nov 17 was a great success and if you didn’t go, well you missed an excellent day. You would think he had been a friend of the club for years, however, this was his first visit and well worth it.  A really entertaining and fun day was had by all.  From a coloured hollow turning to Richards famous tree bowls and also a bonus contemporary candle stick, he kept the interest up all day.  We even had close up video showing hollowing using the Simon Hope’s Hollowing System which had a small camera on the end to show the tools progress inside the vase.

The shop was open for the members and the day passed really quickly.
