Container Project Update
Well there has been some great progress with our new storage container. Since the last report, the band of helpers have been busy with welding up some rusty and damaged areas, the outside has had a coat of red oxide and a top coat of green to blend it into it’s surroundings. The roof has been also painted to ensure it is now completely waterproof. Work has now moved to the inside where spray on expanding insulation has been applied to the metal walls and the ceiling. Wooden batons have been attached to walls and ceiling to enable the lining boards to be fitted. This work will then allow for shelving to be installed in due course.
There is still a lot of work to do and any help would be much appreciated if you have some free time. Contact Mick Close if able to help. A BIG thank you to all the guys that have been along to help.
Here are some work in progress photos.
